Range Report Dope sheet holder for a stock?

Can anyone recommend a dope sheet holder for a hunting rifle (mcmillan stock)? Ideally it would have a clear plastic dope sheet holder on one side and bullet holder on the other. I've looked around a couple of times and have not been able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I put my dope on a small piece of paper (about 2.5" X 1.5") and use clear box tape to completely cover it. Stick it to the left side of the stock below the action. You can also take the same dope sheet and laminate it, then tie it to the scope in front of the front scope ring with 550 cord or similar.
