Iv shot similar pistols. Can be fun, loud, huge muzzle flash, not really practical, but then again that’s not always the point now is it.

Ran a 7.5 inch 7.62x39 ar for a while. Obnoxious is the answer, 10.3 on an AR is a tad barky as well

Looks like a load of fun, no real purpose, but hell I got a lot of guns with no or overlapping purposes. I kinda figured it to be loud and flashy.

From what I understand, going with a barrel that short will seriously neuter a 5 56 round, but a good defensive round in 5.56 will still be more effective than most handgun rounds out of that barrel length.

Its fun to shoot too, if fireballs are your thing. A buddy of mine has one. He put one of those linear comps on it hoping it would divert some of the blast. Putting a flash suppressor on it was a waste of a flash suppressor. Putting a brake on it turns it into a machine of masochism. You can also put a K can on it and wind up with the equivalent of a 12.5 in length with much less bark.

I say, if you have the itch, buy it. If you get tired of it, you can always convert it to 300BO, which is what I chose for that barrel length. That, a suppressor and subs. A new definition of fun.
