Try running a search of the forum (and take a look around BARFCOM) for more info on the platforms you are considering. There is already a ton of good information here on the Hide on the rifles that you mentioned...take some time to search/find and read it and then make an educated/informed decision from there.
I will tell you that if you have the budget, you'll not do any better than a true custom rifle from GAP like the GAP-10!! It really isn't fair to compare marginal factory offerings from any mfg to any full-house, custom build like the GAP which will just smoke any semi-auto on the market at this time. BUT...in the end, it all comes down to what you want/need from the rifle, how much you want to spend, how long you are willing to wait, etc., etc.
Same advice with the scope with running a search and you also may want to post up your intentions/needs/etc. with the rifle/optic so that folks can chime in with meaningful responses for you.
