Not quite, the juridical system is just like any other, in the educated and democratic western hemisphere.
The only problem we have, are the EU, as any derective coming from there, must be integrated in the national legislation, in all EU countries.
In my opinion, are the EU system one of THE worst things, ever to happen in Europe, as it is a socialist system in it's most pure form.
