Sad thing about the video is, seems to me the female attorney was trying to imply that maybe the government should take control of sentencing from the people. SMH

Hey that happened in New Braunfels about 2 miles from me. Worked far too many wrecks and stupid crap drunk people do to have much sympathy...

Yeah, that female attorney was making me sick! The thing is, if the guy was caught driving drunk 7 times, think about how many times he was drunk on the road and didn't get caught.
At this point in my life, with little kids of my own, I agree with the sentence. I'm not saying I have always been a saint, but I did wise up and stop the error of my ways.....this guy obviously didn't.
