For those Vietnam builds. Price is not bad... though may need rebuild.

Pretty cool.

When I went through sniper school in 1982 we were transitioning from PVS-2 to PVS-4. While the 4 was clearer the 2 was easier (for me) to get hits to 300 using an M21.

The "ABC" pencil-engraved on the body designated the "Automatic Brightness Control" modification.

Darn sexy.

My dinosaur memory had us shooting ART1 and ART II in the daytime on the M21, M16A1 and PVS-2 at night. PVS-4 on M14 was newer.

I hundred-mile-an-hour taped a volleyball knee pad on the stock comb to get a correct stock weld and prevent turkey-necking over the stock.

You could remove the rubber eye-shield but then you had to use something like a poncho hood to prevent lighting up your own face.
