That seems a little, almost too improbable.
The implants would be made out of explosives and wrapped in something the body wouldn't absorb. Then the wounds would have to heal, which takes weeks. Most home made explosives are extremely toxic and don't have shelf lives of more that a couple of days.
Not to mention the residue that is left by explosives is extremely hard to get off anything it touches. Sniffers in airports should beadle to pick it up easily. And for god sakes, the metal detector at the airport goes off when I have a coin in my pocket. It seems that it would have to go off with a detonator and trigger inside someone.

Altough I am sure not impossible,as there are some creative bastards out there, believing anything passed down from The Sun newspaper(the cream of trash tabloid) through Fox,that alone would make me second guess it. Still,it wouldnt surprise me. Next time I fly I am gonna check every women with large boobs first...oi lady,let me feel em,national security and all.

Why? She's gonna blow herself up. I doubt she'll worry about a scar.

A few months back some intellengence offical was killed in one of the Gulf States after agreeing to meet an A-Q terrorist who allegedly was going to switch sides.
IIRC although the terrorist was searched, he had concealed the bomb "internally" by "stuffing" as drug smugglers do...I don't recall how it was detonated, but it may have contained a cell phone?

Given that two women were just responsible for the Moscow attacks , I would say highly probable. I'm sure there are some Dubai plastic surgeons that would do it in a heartbeat (that gives new meaning to the phrase "plastic").
