Rifle Scopes Extended Rail Options for MUNS

Let's say I have a rifle with an M1913 rail at the 1200 position. That rail, however is not long enough to allow me to mount a MUNS forward of my day scope. This is for a railed-forend type rifle, not a fiberglass-stocked rifle.

What options are there to allow me to mount a MUNS on this rifle?

I've seen something that cantilevers out in front of the scope, but don't recall who makes it. What else is out there?

Knight makes an extended rail for it.

Unfortunately there is no really perfekt sollution for Muns on normal sniping rifles with normal fiberglass stocks.
Seems like all current solutions are not the best or most optimized solutions.
