Has nothing to do with court. MAGA didn’t fire this guy, the government didn’t either. His employer fired him. He’s still free to say anything he wants but, he should be aware of his audience and their viewpoints.
It's a good rule of thumb, and would keep most everyone free of real world consequences of on line behavior. But, for you, I have created a more nuanced diagram. Everything outside of the circles is free game, as well as the area shaded in blue. Anything within the ellipsis, and not shaded blue, will probably invoke some degree of wrath...
It has been 100% ok to hate on Christians by the left for a very long time. I would say this is the main reason that believing, Christian blacks are leaving the Democrat party in droves. Yes, there are some black churches that preach racial hatred, but they are in the vast minority, and they are the only ones that will remain on the left. I honestly don't know which ones they are, but definately Jeramiah Wright (Obama's pastor) is one of them, and pretty much all of them associated with the social justice movement endorse sin and hatred of practicing Christians (which I do not count them as at all). This includes all the dying, main line protestants who display "The Pride Flag" celebrating the double sin of pride in sexual immorality. The Rainbow is a Biblical covenant between God and man that God will never destroy the world again by flood. It is no accident that this was chosen to represent pride in sexual immorality. Satan loves to denigrate and pervert God's symbols on Earth. It's like his thing.
