Hey everyone,

Been searching here and google as well as other forums but just can not find info regarding user experience with this scope. I have read about Falcon Optics in general and it seems they are a good budget scope. I am looking at their M1.5-5X30IR for my AR for 3 gun fun and would like to know what y'all think of them. I've been waiting for the Votex 1-4 PST to come out but honestly i dont know how much longer i can wait. But these falcon optics have really caught my eye especially for the price.

Only ones I can find for sale are on ebay, and they're in the UK. I'd sure like to see one, or hear some reviews. I'm in the same boat as you on the Vortex.

RW Snyder's website says "pre-order only".

Hopefully some of those guys who will be receiving them will give us some input. Looking forward to hearing about it.

Re: Falcon M1.5-5X30IR

Received my tracking number from RWS. Now if only swfa had my bobro mount in stock.

With the falcon I'm expecting descent glass, a non daylight visible illumination and a slight too large body for a 223. So why am I getting it?
1)Because I don't believe there is a "perfect" AR/SPR scope built yet. (1-10x, circle dot reticle w/ mil dot, daylight vis illum, ffp, not $2500)
2)I like the reticle design
3)4.5inches of eye relief.
4)Falcon makes a quality product at an incredible price.

+1 here
I am liking the reticle but I hope the illumination is bright enough for day use. Cant wait to hear what y'all say about them!

Lol
If this thing is day light vis. it'll be the deal of the century. Other than the short dot and new leupy 8x, or maybe the swarovski, there isn't another that is.
Like said I already know it's BIG. In my opinion too big for a 223. It's all a trade off until the perfect spr is built.
