Grohmann is a Canadian company that has been making knives since the late 1800s, they are huge in the north country and not very well represented down here. I bought one based on a review and I've really liked it so far. They say the profile is great for skinning/butchering game but I didn't get a chance to try this year.

That Damascus is gorgeous. I usually don’t like bright grips or liners, but the orange is subdued enough that it is very striking. Very very nice!

I picked the colors of the scales and liners. I went with the orange liners because I wanted to give a nod to hunting orange since that is the primary use of the knife.
