Powder looks just like H414. 24.8 came out.
24.8 414 takes up the same space and federal did not load the case full at 24.8. It can't be 414.
Bullet has .010" longer tip than my samples from Sierra. Base to ojive same.
Other than sealant, bullet was tough to pull.
What's the magic?
And, The case is pretty long headspace wise. These do not grow much in my rifle.

I would guess that the powder is probably something that is not an off the shelf powder. The variation between your bullet and the pulled bullet might just be lot to lot differences.

NSO makes sense, Federal is probably using a mass produced factory powder rather than something that's sold commercially.
