The latest POC to walk through the door was a 1914 Mauser in .380. Would not fire. Teardown was a beech, ID'd the problem as a worn trigger bar, Ordered trigger bar last January, got it in October. Did a trial fit and MAJOR fitting required! Spent the last 6 hours filing on this thing, finally got a good test fire. Assembly was another beech. It is gone!! 12 hours total, customer is happy, I am happy, by far the most challenging project to date, next was replacing the stock on a Nylon 66.

Wait until you sink a counter bore for a sling swivel in a $30K Chapuis double rifle.
