Flash supressor?

I got this idea for a FAL flash suppressor. Does anyone have the skills to actually set it up?

You might have better luck in the gunsmith sub-forum Switch. I'm 100% sure I could set it up in the 6-axis mazak, if I had any idea what spirocore baffles are. Would it be a profitable use of the machine time is another important question I can't answer without knowing what spirocore is or the dimensions needed to cut it.

Spinning something 5" long, 1" diameter is not hard at all. There appears to be 1/2" diameter threads on one end. Rough guestimate of scale would be the threaded section is 1/2" long.

But for actually making something, more information is actually needed. Also, what are you wanting it made out of?
