Put the safety on halfway, remove the bolt. Now you can freely unscrew the firing pin out of the bolt. Any further disassembly requires punching out roll pins. It is hard to explain how to remove the claw extractor, but it isn't hard.

Not a problem at all. You just screw it clockwise with a little bit of muscle and it goes right back on. Done it many times.
