Gunsmithing FN SPR Bolt knob

Does anyone know a gunsmith that can install an oversized bolt knob on a FN SPR A1 Winchester action? I had some work done to my rifle a few months ago and the gunsmith said the current bolt knob is hardened steel and said he was worried about breaking his end mill trying to remove the existing knob. He didn't have anyone he could refer me to. Any help out there?

I had PCR do the one on my Win. M70, essentially the same as the FN.
