I have just purchased a SPR, in 308, looking for some quality ammo. I have badger rings a NF NXS 3.5-15x50, NP-r2, it shoot sub moa at 400yrds with 155gr AMax hand loads. Looking to tighten up the groups, it was 3 3/4 inch out like to do a little better. Well besides the shooter.

At 400 yds, 3.75" aint all that bad, but yes, you can do better with that rifle. What bbl length do you have? Try some H4895 with the 155s. I use 47 gr with my 20" SPR
