Suppressors Form 4 Question

I am buying a suppressor on a form 4 in the name of my LLC. My dealer filled out the form and gave it to me to send in. On the back they put my name in the Transferee's name slot. On my last form 4 that I did with another dealer, this slot was left empty.

Will the ATF want a signature here? A signature from me and the LE Official should only be required if this is an individual transfer. Should I have my dealer change this?

Your LLC should be in box 15 and then you sign it and list your title.

Yeah, they have my name instead of my LLC, so I am assuming I should just go back to my dealer to have it fixed instead of giving the ATF a reason to delay.

Use white out and write in the correction with pen. They will take it.
