Gunsmithing ***Found a Smith***Remage swap from factory barrel

Any qualified smiths in San Diego County that can swap a factory Remington barrel for a Criterion remage? I know anyone with the right tools and a little know-how can, and I’m ashamed to ask because I’m pretty decent with tools, etc, but I don’t have the vice, wrench, go, no-go gauges so...

Basically any gunsmith should be able to remove a barrel and spin on a prefit.
