Up for sale is a new, never shot PMR 428 with RT1 MOA reticle. I got the scope about a year ago but have never had the time to shoot it. My local long distance range has shut down so its time to lighten up the safe. Comes with box, patches, scope covers and Vortex Precision Ratched Rings (Low .92") Works great, wish I was able to better utilize it.
