It looks like the brits have been plagued with fake assault cases... They now want the victim to turn over phones and social media accounts to see everything....

Something needs to be done about the increase in false accusations. Hopefully the information will be kept confidential unless there is evidence of a false accusation. Well, the phones anyway, social media is mostly public domain.

Once upon a time it was really hard for the men to prove the women were a bunch of vindictive liars in cases of false accusations (which happen a lot, especially once it becomes a divorce case and the allegations of being bad to the kids or abusive start for more $$$$).

However these days people can't help but constantly spew forth everything that they think about, do, dream, or wish they did to the whole world. Also the storage of everything you put out there has gotten very good.

So as we are now finding out in the Weinstein case many of his "rape" victims, were simply being high class whores who willingly traded sex for well paying gigs. Sleazy, but NOT rape. The guy was a sleaze bucket giving those godless daughters of Satan exactly what they wanted at a price they were willing to pay to him. His "Rape Victims" often have long social media / text message / e-mail / letter trails basically saying how great a time they had and..... if there is any new parts that come up.... they just got some new knee pads they wanted to try out....

My guess is the CPS is tired of loosing cases they push once the accused's lawyer pulls up twitter/Instagram/Facebook/texts showing that the supposed #metoo "victim" was just "#aWhoreToo" so they are saying if you want us to go forward, we need to check to see if the case is going to be laughed out of court and if you don't well then tough luck.

I'd say it's for the best on the whole as it will probably save quite a few innocent victims having their lives ruined as they are dragged through the courts on lies.

It's not like the British government isn't busy snooping on everything and everyone.... if you don't think so... in England, just post that you hate Muslims and they should all be deported and see how fast the police show up at your door.... oh and add in that men can't be women to make it a bit faster. Add something about a certain Austrian one testicles leader having the right idea about who the real enemy was for bonus points to see if you can get the armed police in on the action HA!
