The show wasn't that great after the first several seasons but I always played the games until the 3D era where they massively went down hill. Part of it was social experience growing up. My wife just thinks they're cute and doesn't care much for the games or the show (after the first few seasons). I've mostly fell out of it (what with the games going to shit) but when we go thrift shopping if we see an old toy we snag it. I have a lot of stuff from the 90s era.
