Maggie’s Funny & awesome pics, vids and memes thread (work safe, no nudity)

I've never seen one in right-hand drive.
They sell kits for them in the UK... too. The AC Ace that the Cobra was based on was British.

Buddy of mine has one he built in the UK in the 1980's. He didn't have access to a giant 427, so he totally re-engineered the frame to take a V12 out of Jaguar XJS which was cheap and plentiful. Built the most beautiful header set ever. Hotrodded the motor. The thing is insane. You hit the throttle and it sounds like ripping fabric... Gorgeous! You can see it occasionally at car shows around Natick, Ma.

Here is exactly what it sounds like!

Or it could be that some goofus flipped the photo on his phone...

I'll go look up Cliff Clavin Photos now...

What took you to Guatemala City. I was there in the mid 90's, one of the most congested, polluted, cities I've been to. Beautiful country though. I spent some time in the highlands east of Atitlan and met some folks who speak pure Mayan. One of the boys had been to school and spoke Spanish so we communicated that6 way. Very simple folks.

I know, or kenw, a guy in Virginia who did that. He'd basically gut them then rebuild them with what ever engine you wanted, usually a 5.7 liter Chevy and matching transmission, but occasionally a 427.
