It’ll take months to figure it out for yourself.

Si. And dairy is a tricky one if you don't take total control of your own diet. Nearly everything in restaurants is contaminated with some amount of dairy as well as commercial breads some sausage, etc. etc.

Just when you think you have it figured out double check ingredients.

Gary Brecka (who saved Dana White’s life) recommends this brand.
Farm fresh eggs cooked anyway you’ll like them so long as the yolk remains liquid. Beef cooked in tallow. Wild caught salmon .Real olive oil that makes you choke a little bit as you eat it. Real salt. Abstaining from alcohol.

These things have changed my life.

A guy on a non-gun forum posted an experience he had this week of a strange car in his driveway at like 2am. He made a lot of mistakes and laughed at himself some but was asking for advice. Most advice was the typical rambo crap or gun brand BS ect.

I told him that going outside was the dumbest thing he could do. It has no upside. Simply turning on an outside light, an inside light and looking out a curtain would handle this every time unless it was a hit squad and if it is a hit squad going outside is still dumb as heck.

Best way to handle violence is to not be there. You can do everything right and still be unlucky.
I'd start with letting my dogs out. They're about 175 lbs. each.

Lights are motion sensors anyway.

I went through a food inventory a while back after having all kinds of problems which I won't list in entirety here but waking up with night sweats and painful cramps were a couple along with getting up to pee 3 or 4 times a night and a few others that were downright scary.

I cut out pretty much all processed foods for a while then stopped eating wheat, seafood, dairy and beef entirely. Talk about a limited diet. Long story short, everything is back except dairy in any form. No butter, cheese, whey, milk, yada yada ... not a single thing that lists any milk based ingredient or may have been made where dairy might contaminate it. It's not a lactose intolerance it's more like a genuine dairy allergy.

Cramps are gone, sweats are gone, don't get up to pee at all. Still don't sleep much but that's always been a problem so maybe I'll try the magnesium glycinate.

Point being, different people have different triggers.
Damn, I reckon I'm lucky. The only things that really bother me are, white sugar, wet weather, and liberals.

The Soviets under Stalin were utter monsters.

Yeah, we heard about it! But the victors wrote the history.

3 million Germans went into Soviet POW camps. Fewer than 80000 came out. The Soviets claimed only 300,000 died in captivity. But it was far, far higher.

Communism and Fascism are both ism’s of genocide.

Now let’s not forget the Islamism genocide of 2-3 million Armenians in ww1 timeframe.

And I dare say the Western Expansionism that led to our injuns being all but exterminated.

My answer to that is that at least Americans and most westerners today “are trying” to do better.

But if communism or fascism or Islamofascism ever took root again, it would be genocide. It’s how those ism’s roll.

Sherman is on record for exterminating the "fuzzy cows"....buffalo. Knowing that the plains tribes lived off the buffalo removing the source of really everything would end their lifestyle, and force them onto the res.

I read a book, I think The earth is weeping or the Apache wars where after geronimo was captured and had advanced in age he was allowed to leave the res for one last buffalo hunt. They found nothing but bones, and bones that had been there for quite some time.

People so often put modern "values" I guess I will say on people of the past, it was a different time, and everything was done do put the indians to heal.

Many people don't know that they did not have the right to vote in some places till the 1950's. Women had the right to vote long before the indians. But you need to think of the time this all happened. In the mid 1920's when indians became citizens, people that fought them in the 1880's are still very much alive and telling stories of their time fighting them. It is really crazy to think that black males could vote and are citizens of the US long before the "native americans".

Kinda makes me think how the whole Palestinian thing is being written right now. No one wants to go back to 48 and start with the land being given to the zionists and too bad for the people already there.
A little like I said before, you need a generation of peace before any real headway is made.

One can also make the argument it did not get fucked up in 1948, but it was all started in 1919.
