Sorry, but the shopping cart thing is a non-starter. If it weren't for folks who leave their shopping carts all over the place, the retarded and seniors who failed to prepare for retirement would have no jobs. Leave your shopping cart in a ditch at the far end of the parking lot... You are a "job creator!" Be proud of your contributions to society!
