The Indian U-Turn didn't kill an American family. Finally the names were released and the driver was a Haitian migrant brought into the US on a Biden Amnesty in 2023. The other two are 'unknown' status.
I wonder where the Haitian got his drivers training and license? Crackerjack box? Mailorder? Amazon?

Before I had one, several friends owned pressure washers. They burned up pumps all the time.
You cannot leave a gas pressure washer sitting at idle while you futz around.
I'm amazed that they don't have 3-4 tips (not the nozzle) on the machines as there are a few ways to destroy your pump quickly.

Letting them run without the trigger depressed lets the pump heat up and quickly be ruined. It only takes 30sec to damage them.
Good dog, go get him. There are a couple of single women in my dog training classes that if this happened to them, the perp would be a lot worse off. A few of their dogs are total badasses .
