Yes. Picture was taken from The Loop boardwalk. We got there just in time for sunset and then walked around the loop. Watched a couple dolphins and seagulls feeding. 90 was packed with the cars from the Cruise The Coast and the sides of the road were also packed with people watching. Tuesday there was a crash from two idiots racing that shut down a section of 90 for 4 hours. So the police were cracking down on any stoooopidity.

Bro do you take Magnesium Glyconate? If not please try it. I used to suffer from insomnia plus I had cramps at night and brain fog especially after I had covid.

MG changed my freaking life. Take one in the morning and 2 before bed and sleep like a stone.

*edited to add, don’t take Mag Citrate like this or you will be pooping all the night long and sleep will elude you 💩

I only sleep about 5 hours. Most of my life it was 4 but it has slowly crept to 5 over the last 10 years or so. When our children were born and through the younger years that worked out well for dealing with the "I want pancakes". It was some quality time with them before heading out to work or on the weekends when the wife caught up on sleep.

Started MG about six months ago. Seems to help. My biggest problem is old injuries. Short of narcatics, it is what it is. Will have to get much worse before I even consider that.

Tried cutting out all seeds? They really enhance inflammation if you’re prone to it due to injury. Seeds oils like all of the vegetable oils are the worst culprit.

We use olive and avocado oil for some stuff, lard and coconut for frying now. Zero seed oil and my joint pain went from awful to not bad.

You can do a really strict protocol at first, then introduce some things one at a time to see how you react.

Corn, (most)wheat and peanut is a zero tolerance for me now but I can tolerate sourdough made from organic wheat. I avoid most beans (lectins are high) and “stalk” vegetables. Almost any fruit of a plant is ok for me, especially zucchini and tomatoes/peppers.

It took time to figure out my triggers for inflammation but the results have been great.
