Gain twist barrels

I will be replacing two barrels soon. I think I understand the concept of gain twist yet I’m not clear on deciding when to use it. I’m planning to go left hand twist based on my remedial understanding of Coriolis , Spin Drift.

Is there any advantage on a 24 inch match gun launching 6.5 123-130grain bullets at 2870-2950fps to go with gain twist?

Is there any advantage on a 22inch hunting gun launching 6.5 130-140grain bullets at 3000 to 3100fps to go with gain twist?

Both barrels will be PVA Tikka prefit.

I've tried them off and on for the past 12 years. I saw no advantage to them. If you try one you want a very small amount of gain. Like .5-.75 . I tried a 14 to 10 and it was wild as a billy goat. More is not better. I went back to a uniform twist rate and things shot fine. I'll never use another one. YMMV
