GAP Tempest Action Wrench

For those familiar with the Gap Tempest action wrench, does it butt up against the recoil lug and bolt to the front action screw and used with a 1/2” driver? The picture shows two pieces, but doesn’t appear to be a clamshell that bolts together. Thanks

Yes, it bolts to the bottom and engages the lug. Single piece.
