Garmin 701 Question

Is there any software or editing software out there that will allow me to input all my rifles and loads in this thing.
this will take forever to input all my rifles. I just got it yesterday, and I like the way my Kestrel with link will allow me to do this on my iphone.

I’m pretty sure you can do it from AB Analytics, but that ain’t cheap.

I do it from AB but you can download a profile loader on your computer and upload it via micro usb. After you upload it, turn off the 701 and then turn it back on and it will update the loaded profiles.

Man that program brings back memories with my old 4500 kestrel.

i was able upload all my profiles, this morning. They should make this thing link with the phone app like the 5700 kestrel. That would be so much easier, the computer program would crash every time i saved a profile.

Had to change the compatibility to windows 8.

Funny. I have exact opposite experience. I hate using the Link app with my 5700 (it always truncates the name, and then adds another truncated named profile that is a duplicate).

The Profile Loader and the 701 just seem easier to me. Plus, I can store the profile files in my cloud storage (windows or iCloud), so I can get access to them from anywhere.
