Will take a swing due to lack of more qualified responses. Have used a Razor Gen 1 and own a DMR 2 non-pro (amatuer?).
The Razor has noticeably better glass - more pop and color - than the DMR 2. Either is good enough for my use. The Razor I used struggled to resolve rusty steel targets in a shaded treeline, same as my DMR 2. DMR Pro is supposed have better coatings, no personal experience.
DMR 2 turrets always seem to end up .05 mil off the line which is annoying. Not as crispy tactile as the Razor either, but i like the low profile. 34mm probably gives you a few more mounting options, but i'm sure you can find an appropriate solution for the 35mm tube. I've had good experience with Bushnell, and Vortex is the standard for customer service.
Probably comes down to reticle and form factor. The G3 reticle is my favorite flavor of conifer. Maybe a little thick at top magnification, good for me otherwise. Complicated enough to be effective for holdovers, simple enough to be useful when I'm stressed, confused, and in a hurry. I can't call wind down to .1 mil, so why have .2 mil dots cluttering things up. YMMV by a lot.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!
