Sounds about right. Good people with proper training could have handled this situation without an incident. Instead, the backlash will result in shittier people becoming cops and reviving even worse training.

Has anyone seen this mystery fake bill? Last thing I heard about the fake bill was that it wasn't fake at all, but rather just very worn out like all bills become over time.

As far as the body cam footage goes, it was a total trainwreck from start to finish. Rookie cops, freaked out suspect high on whatever, and a veteran cop showing off in front of the rookies. Whether he died from an OD or heart attack doesn't take away from the fact he didn't deserve to die with some jackass prick's knee in his neck.
