Suppressors Gonna buy another suppressor......my choice is,,,

I have 30 cal and a.22 cal suppressor.

A)
Neither are cleanable, want to buy a cleanable can and one that will allow for use on a 5.56/.223, .22 mag, 22 Lr.?

B)
Want a can, one that will allow for use on a 5.56, .223, 22 mag, 22 lr?

I hate to say it, but I don't recommend shooting rim fire through a center fire can. IMHO, I think a user would want to be able to clean his .22 can and not worry so much about the center fire can.

What model is your current .22 can? There are some folks out there (like Dave at Liberty) who will jailbreak your .22 can for you, clean it, and send it back to you so that you will be able to clean it from here on out. Just a thought.

Cleanable centerfire rifle silencers limits you to one or two low bidder builders with not so great silencers.

Buy a quality stainless steel silencer made from materials that can take a chemical cleaning dip from time to time if you think 22lr buildup is a problem.

In my experience a few rounds of .223 through a silencer that has shot some 22lr trough it will blast any crud build up out of the silencer.

Don't shoot 15000 rnds of 22lr then blast 223 through it and not expect some chunks of carbon to break loose possibly blocking the bore

Obviously you haven't used a Shark suppressor before in making that statement. They are top quality, cleanable and centerfire.

I too recommend Shark for this aplication just know the OD of the suppressor will not allow use of .22lr pistol sights. but would work fine on scoped .22 rifles.
