Rifle Scopes good mounts for this

I have a Remington 700 in .308 and just got a SS scope 10x40. Need help finding good rings and mounts that are close to mil spec. money is a big option but as a Marine I break stuff so durability is key also. thank you for any help you can give.
Also ring height?
