ok, so i get a call from my sheriffs dept today. i thought they were going to tell me to come get my paperwork and that all my background stuff is finished. well, it was a lot different than that. mind you, i am no felon, ive walked the straight and narrow and dont intend to go down any of the wrong roads in life. so the sheriff tells me that all the info on my paperwork was denied because apparently someone in D.C. used my name, ssn, dob, and adress and theyre a goddamn sex offender!! WTF!! now i gotta go into the station and sit down with the chief and try to get as much info as i can on this and then start getting this whole situation un-f###ed. im not even upset that theres a delay in my paperwork now, as much as i am that in the little computer systems of our nations criminal history records, i am possibly listed as a sex offender. god knows what my command might say about this when i tell them the whole situation. what the hell do i do now?
