It has been a while since that went down and I don't know all of the facts, but he did admit to touching the girls cooter while in a position of trust and she was 14 years old? and he gets 5 years of probation and no jail time? and not on a sexual offender list if I read the article correctly. I have a daughter that is now 34 years old, a RN working in N Texas married with no kids.
There was a time when she was in school that she told me about an Asshole janitor that worked at the nursing school she was attending, that tried some shit like this with her. She was damned sure older than 14 but was upset when she called me and worried about what went down.
I remember the day well and what was said.
"Pa, this Asshole janitor that I thought was OK was talking to me in the hall and he reached down and tried to feel my pussy so I kicked him in the balls as hard as I could. He is hurt bad and had to be hauled out in an ambulance. I hope I don't get expelled after all you have paid to put me through this school but I did kick him really hard. He did 5 years of time in CDOC ,and my daughter put him there. He is on the sexual offenders list for the rest of his days.
