GPO Rangeguide quality?

Hey all, can't seem to find a while lot on the GPO Rangeguide series LRF Binos, so looking for thoughts on them. Found a set (10x40) with a *really* good pricetag and considering jumping on them. Uses are mostly NRL, and I have no need for onboard ballistics software since I run an armboard with hard data (read, I would rather the money I spend be on clear glass and a fast laser than on AB+). AB is awesome but I'm not made of money and it's expensive.

The warranty is also certainly a factor, since GPO says it's an unlimited lifetime for the unit, unlike some that only warranty electronics for a few years.

I am curious about the 8x40s that Cameraland have for $650. Tempting at that price, but it is hard to find reviews on them.

They only warranty for 5 years in USA on electronics. If you want lifetime warranty just get the furys
