Me. But, as an alumnus of the same Vet School, I don't often point out it was written by a fellow alum as people seem to either love his song or hate it, and the split seems to be about 50/50. Personally, I think it's a pretty good song, cleverly written, but WAAAY overplayed. That's probably the reason some people hate it, too. I liked "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas" the first 300 times I heard it, too. But the local stations put it on hyper-rotation and novelty songs like "Hippo" and "Grandma" can start to wear thin a lot quicker than the timeless classics from Bing and Nat, et al.
But, as Dewey and Maxduty suggested, there is some truth to the SJW aspect of why you might not hear it as often, just as I hear there is this year with my favorite movie, "A Christmas Story" (because of the freakin' BB gun - gasp!). But with "Grandma" it kind of backfired, because without the protests when it came out, it would probably have gone un-noticed and you'd have never heard it.
