Grendel loading

From your experience, what would the more ideal projectile weight be to use with a 24" 1:9 twist Grendel barrel?

I'm using the 123gr AMAX / ELD in my 24" 6.5 Grendel barrel, I would recommend you try them out as the 123gr bullets and the 6.5 Grendel go together perfectly!

My shooting buddy shoots a grendel with a 20" black hole weaponry barrel 1:9 and shoots 1/4 to 1/3 moa consistently at 100yds with 123 eld and varget in some hornady cases.

Perhaps it was our barrel but we couldn't get our Grendel to shoot Berger 130 ar. Or the 140 hunter elites very well. I think lighter is better

I'm going to try to stick with 123s and if that changes I'll try to go lighter. I was told by a friend that the 1/9 would like lighter weights
