Gun Stolen returned with no bullets

Re: Gun Stolen returned with no bullets

How is it "armed burglary" unless the alleged was using a weapon in commission of the crime?

In this State the Prosecutor can press charges even without the victims consent...

The part that drives me crazy is. Owner - "I thought I locked the doors...". What the hell difference does it make? A vehicle is NOT the proper place to store any firearms, period. I guess some people don't realize how serious gun ownership is.

We sometimes leave 10,000+ dollars worth of guns sitting in the truck, but there is always an armed guard within arms length, or they come out and get locked up.
