Gunsmithing gunsmith for glass bedding and stock swap?

I am might be purchasing a Savage 10-fcp McM and would probably have someone bed it. Instead I also might be in the market for a Tikka T3 but I would want to switch out the stock for a manners or something.

I am in Southern California more specifically the Ventura area (hour north of L.A. area) and I was wondering if anyone knows of a reputable gunsmith in this area or something close to ship to? Or are there better ways of doing this like sending it to McM to be done? Or sending the Tikka to Manners?

If you are ok with a 1:30m drive, you can take it to Randy Cain (R&D Precision) in Glendora, CA. He does some sick ass bedding!
