Section "A" is in MILs and section "B" is in SMOA (Shooters Minute Of Angle)

There is a demo on how to use it on the Horus website.

B is the ranging reticle and is pretty easy to use. I used the reticle to accurately range unknown distance 10" X 17" targets out to 1000 yards at my first class.

I did not use A for holdovers and windage because it was a basic class and learning to dial was the program. It is said to be vey fast but I never used it in that capacity. I sold it because the reticle was too thick for my liking on small targets at 1000 yards.
