Night Vision Halo lr and rechargeable batteries

So i have orbtronic batteries and they don’t work in my halo, anything i am doing wrong? Assuming its because they are a hair longer, but their site states rechargeable are fine.

I bought arlo rechargeable batteries. They work great in my Halo.

I don't this that you do anything wrong but many rechargeable batteries are not quite standard from the mechanical standpoint and their positive contact does not stick out far enough to make a contact. Halos can accommodate quite a bit of variation in the battery length as long as their positive contact is long enough. Unfortunately, it's not the case with some battery brands/models.

I think its the two prongs in the middle not being long enough. Its super close, but not enough. Oh well. Ordered two battery packs.
