Rifle Scopes Happy New Year, Hiders! And "Thanks"

Hiders,

I just wanted to take a minute to wish you all a Happy New Year. I also want to thank you for giving us the support that allows us to serve you in this highly competitive business. It's hard to believe our 10th anniversary will be August 2013!

Rest assured, we want and need your business in 2013 and beyond. I will do everything possible to earn that business. These are crazy times we live in but I'm going stay focused on optics this year as always and resist the temptation to branch out into gun parts / ammo etc. Not that there will be much of that to sell the way things are shaping up so far!

My New Year's resolution from a business standpoint will be to find and add product from both ends of the bell curve, the highest price point ($2000+) and the lowest (<$500). I am under-serving my customers in these categories. I have some brands in mind but you will have to wait until my SHOT Show trip to see what develops. I'll be in Vegas making waves like I usually do, after a one year hiatus.

Once again, I appreciate each and everyone of you and I raise a glass in toast. May this be a lucky '13 for you all!!

The blog/SHOT report will be a must-do. Other than lining up things, the primary purpose of me enduring Vegas for a week is to assess the optics landscape for you guys, to the best of my ability.

Happy New Year's to you too Scott! Thank you for being such a great vendor.

While you are at SHOT, hopefully you can get into the Butler Creek guys ears and see if they have plans to widely expand their offerings of the new living hinge style caps. If they make them, and you offer them, I'll be buying them from you.
