Gotta admit, this year there were a lot of freebies out there. I just didn't feel up to doing anything yesterday and wasn't hungry. But it's really nice when they do things like this. There were some really good deals. If you're a vet and haven't had dinner yet, go out for free somewhere. That stuff is for you, you earned it and they're saying thanks.
And thanks to all you guys and girls that serve and served, I appreciate it more than I can convey. You people make me feel proud when my broken ass visits the PX (well, Class 6 also counts...). You treat me like I'm still in the shit, not an outsider, and that's appreciated.
