Hard day at range..good training

I knew it was going to be an interesting training session when I pulled up and saw a 32k kettle bell and a 95lb bar bell on the ground.
The Drill
21 Thrusters 95lb
run @35 yards
pick up AR and double each of the 3 targets 15 yards away (frangible ammo)
mag change do again
Transition to pistol loaded with 15 rounds. 1shot target 1, 2 shots on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 1 and 5 on 2
Reload to mag with 6 rounds put 2 on each target
Reload 2 on each again.
Run about 80 yards to truck .Grab 80lb sandbag run 100 or so yards put sandbag in truck. Jump in and load a mag with 15 rounds and shoot as above. 1 on 1 , 2on 2 ect.. For time and misses

It was hard!

Crossfit with guns, what is not to like about that!!

Thrusters in a strong wind looked quite unpleasant. I didn't see a kettle bell in the video but you mentioned it in your post. Was it used at all in the workout?

No KB on this run. It wasn't needed after 21 thrusters and running with a 80 pound bag
