Harris swivel bipod ?

I got my first Harris swivel bipod . My question is about the middle knob,does that lock it so it dosent swivel? It also keeps coming loose from the pic tinny bracket.

It's a tensioner. It won't usually completely lock it up but make it move more or less freely. It can be hard to grip sometimes but the are replacement levers you can buy to make it easier

Look at the KMW pod lock. Makes it quicker and easier to lock/adjust the swivel function on the Harris vs the small screw they come with.

+1 on the Pod-Loc!! Its one of those "must-haves" that really make the Harris far better.
