Yea man! I'm a die hard Devils Fan but John Madden has been my favorite player for over a decade. I was stoked to see him get his 3rd cup last night!

A friend of mine that is originally from Philly made a bet with his friend that lives in Chicago. Loser has to fly to the other's house and mow their yard while wearing a dress of the winner's choice.
It will not be pretty. Youtube look out.

Flyers outplayed you the majority of the periods.
Our goal tending was less than stellar and gave up some soft goals.
I'll concede to the Hawks and winning the most coveted trophy in sports. SO you get props.
But not without some frustration. grrrrrrr. Guess I'll wait another decade or 2....

Im sorry to say that the Hawks outplayed the Flyers, even during at least one of the games the Flyers won.
The Hawks were faster, handled the puck better, and didnt turn it over in their defensive zone by passing without looking first.
The Flyers were baddass with their aggression up until the finals. They either lost their hunger, or it was overshadowed by Chicago's.

Pronger is a beast and alot of players hate him because he's good and plays with a "edge". Nobody can argue with over 30 minutes a game. However a -5 rating in a game is a poor game.
This series was very close. It was decided in overtime. It almost went to seven.Although I think that he hawks have the better team. They are also very young, so the future looks good for the windy, if unlucky city.

When people hate you like they do Pronger. ( I hated him when he didn't pay for Philly) You know you are good. The man is a Stud. His game play dominates a teams outcome. When he's having a bad game the team does. Not many players have that much influence.
Hawks (even more so than Philly ) had the 6 man on the ice when at home.
Did that rookie score when matched with Pronger? The Hawks top scorer? I'm not so sure he did. He was non existent in the first 3 games.

Thats GREAT!....I'm glad the flyers beat those damn frenchies..but glad they hawk's gave'm a beat down as well.
