HBN size for bullet coating

with Christmas around the corner and my moly supply running low, i thought i'd ask the jolly elf for some more moly, but then decided to try HBN coating.

many kits or suppliers for the powder alone list different sizes (70 nm, 150 nm, 0.5 micron, 1.5 micron, 5 microns, -5 microns?).

what size particle seems to work the best?

will probably use .177 bb and plastic container method.

It seems most use .5 micron size.

When I coated my pills I used .5 micron

I cannot tell the difference between .5 and 1.5. All slicker than cat s....!
