For handgun cartridges I like the Dillon because it's stainless steel. But there are several different brands.

I would have to say Clymer, Great Service, will do custom gauges & things like extractor cuts, etc..They will also profile the gauges for you so you know exactly what it measures. Todd is a great guy to deal with.
